Who processes the data

The data controller is LORA-PRO DOO, Studentska 5, 11070 Novi Beograd, Serbia, tax ID (PIB) 111103922, registration number (MB) 21426300.

Why we process application data

We use the data in your application to consider you for current and future openings at LORA-PRO.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending your CV to karijera@lorapro.rs, and taking steps at your request before entering into an employment contract.

What data we process

Only what you send us: your CV, contact details and work experience.

Please do not send your personal identification number (JMBG), photos or copies of ID documents, or health data.

How long we keep the data

We keep your application for one year from receipt and then delete it, unless you are hired in the meantime. At your request, we delete it sooner.

Who has access to the data

Only LORA-PRO staff involved in hiring have access to the data. We do not share it with third parties. The exception is our email and hosting provider, which processes the data on our behalf as a processor.

Your rights

Under the Law, you have the right to:

• access your data
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal
• object to the processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, www.poverenik.rs.

General inquiries

When you write to office@lorapro.rs, we use the data in your message (name, email address and content) only to reply and to handle business correspondence.
